Senior Data Analyst

Job Description:

1.Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to loan products, client behaviors, and market conditions.

2.Use statistical techniques and tools to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.

3.Ensure data integrity, quality, and accuracy by performing regular data validation and cleaning.

4.Develop and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders. 5.Communicate data insights effectively to support decision-making processes.

6.Work closely with product development, risk, actuaries, and other departments to support business operations and strategy development.

7. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics.

8. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the data analytics function.

Qualification :

1. Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.

2. 7- 10 years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.

3. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, R, Python, and data visualization software like Tableau or Power BI.

4. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

5. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.

6. Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
