Position: Senior Division Director, Project Development
Location: Bangkok
Client: Healthcare services provider
Job Overview:
- Lead project planning, procurement, design, and execution while managing resource allocation within the division.
Responsibilities:
- Set departmental goals and manage financials to align with the hospital's business plan and division's strategic objectives.
- Lead, develop, and engage staff to support growth and productivity.
- Ensure effective communication across internal teams and with external stakeholders.
- Maintain compliance with standards, enhance processes, and prioritize safety and quality.
- Focus on customer satisfaction, serving both internal and external clients and partners.
- Uphold professional ethics, codes of conduct, and foster a strong safety culture.
- Create and oversee the Master Plan for long-term facility development.
- Direct the full lifecycle of project development from initiation to completion.
- Implement quality assurance and control measures for all projects and processes.
Educational Background & Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or higher in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Professional license or certificate; PMI or PRINCE2 certification preferred but not mandatory.
Professional Experience:
- Minimum 15 to 20 years, including at least 10 years as Project Manager/Director with experience managing teams of 10+.
- Background in 5-star hotels, resorts, high-end residential projects, or construction projects over 30,000 m.
Core Skills and Abilities:
- In-depth knowledge of land use planning, design coordination, and construction project management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Project; AutoCAD skills a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in advanced English.
- Strategic thinker with proven goal-setting abilities.
- Works independently with minimal supervision; strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Team-building and motivational skills to lead and inspire teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively and foster cooperation.
- Results-oriented.
