About us
Our company is production of glass wool insulation for architectural, residential, HVAC, automotive, and industrial application. The company have the office in Thailand and sell the products under Microfiber brand since 1976
Job Description
- Expands the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Identifies business opportunities for expansion and client acquisition and develops awareness of product portfolio in export markets
- Analyzes customer requirements to prepare appropriate sales strategies
- Develop and manage customer relationships, identifying needs and fulfilling expectations.
- Receive and process customer orders timely (input orders in ERP system)
- Coordinate with internal/external capabilities to process shipments smoothly to maintain rapport with customers
- Manage both standard and MTO (Made-To-Order) mineral wool products in inventory effectively based on customer's requirements and satisfaction (minimizing aged and unallocated stock)
Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field
- Minimum 1-5 years experience as sales / account management/ business development in building/construction material
- Experience in products under insulation will be the big advantage
- Able to travel upon request or job required
- Excellent command of English (TOEIC 750+ is preferred)
