What you'll Do:
- Lead the design and creation of social media content, including static images, motion graphics, and video assets, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Collaborate closely with the social media, marketing, and content teams to develop creative concepts that drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Take ownership of end-to-end design processes, from conceptualization to final production, delivering high-quality, on-time designs that resonate with target audiences.
- Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on design best practices and execution.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, design tools, and emerging platforms to continuously improve and innovate social media content.
- Manage and prioritize multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery of assets for campaigns, promotions, and other social media activities.
What you'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on social media content creation.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of social media content, including motion graphics, video, static design, and social content design to increase engagement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work on tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.) and an understanding of their design requirements.
- Motion graphic design and video editing experience are highly preferred.
- Knowledge of user engagement strategies and visual storytelling.
- Familiarity with data-driven design approaches for social media performance optimization.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, bringing new ideas to the table.
