Role Overview
As a Senior HR Recruiter at TokenMinds, you will play a pivotal role in building our global team, sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent in the rapidly evolving blockchain and Web3 industry. Your responsibilities will include leading recruitment strategies, managing the end-to-end hiring process, and ensuring TokenMinds attracts and retains the best professionals in the field.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates in the blockchain and Web3 space, working closely with hiring managers to understand the skills and competencies needed for each role.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods including social media, job boards, professional networks, and industry events to identify and engage top candidates globally.
Interview Process Management: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating assessments, to managing feedback and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing and leadership teams to promote TokenMinds as an employer of choice, enhancing our employer brand through social media, professional networks, and partnerships.
Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a network and pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs, ensuring a proactive approach to talent acquisition.
Recruitment Metrics: Monitor and analyze recruitment data and KPIs, including time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and candidate satisfaction, to continuously improve the hiring process.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the tech or blockchain industry.
Proven track record of successfully recruiting for mid- to senior-level roles, particularly in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Proficiency in recruitment tools (like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, BambooHR) and virtual office tools (Gather, Zoom, Slack).
Strong communication skills, with a command of English (verbal and written), and the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
An energetic and proactive mindset with a strategic approach to solving recruitment challenges.
Willingness to engage in continuous learning and stay up-to-date with talent acquisition trends, particularly in tech and blockchain sectors.
