Job Description
Well designed the efficient, effective and productive project management system. And coordinate with internal and external cross-functional & business teams to track and report project progress to executives and stakeholders, help prioritize projects, develop process improvement for more productivity on the projects and ensure all projects deliverable and support the overall business objectives of the organization. Run PMO team and manages IT portfolio, resources and budget for IT team
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely across all IT and business teams to foster excellence in implementation and delivery the strategic project
- Manage and develop processes to ensure timely response and delivery to all requests (e.g. implementation calendar, other project management processes)
- Evaluating progress and revising as appropriate to meet changing needs, requirements and/or costs
- Understand basic financial models, P/L and cost-to completion projections to ensure projects are managed and delivered within budget
- Track project performance, program schedule, budget, quality and risks, specifically to analysis the successful completion of short and long-term goals by using appropriate tools and techniques
- Ensure all flowcharts, budget trackers, program roadmaps, calendars, etc. are updated on an ongoing basis
- Creating useful and appropriate data outputs and visualizations tailored for intended audiences as a report on weekly basis
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Reflect, facilitate and support to fully complete the strategic project
- Conducting post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements
Qualification:
- Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Management / or related field required.
- 5 -7 years experience as project manager in the insurance business.
- Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
- Ability to analyzes and reports project status and monitors project performance to maintain the quality of services, deliverables, and content in accordance with PMO standards
- Ability to work autonomously while also managing aggressive delivery schedules
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and be highly organized
- Strong problem solving, people-management skills negotiation skills as well as a passion for improving on process and tools.
- Good in English and Thai communication
