At present the RIG is working with a client who is looking for a Senior Interior Designer based in Dubai.

The client is a while known interior and architecture firm with a strong name in the market.

The client is looking for a Senior Interior designer with project experience on hotels and hospitality projects

The client is looking for a Senior Interior Designer

- 10-15 years experience

- strong concept and technical design background

- HOTEL and Hospitality project experience in required

Responsibilities:

Ability to:

Interpret program requirements, develop block plans, adjacency diagrams and detailed designs.

Coordinate all trades throughout the design and construction process.

Complete business and project forms, understanding contracts for services.

Survey building interiors.

Research; resourceful in order to obtain project information; fabrics, furniture, architectural elements.

Prepare plans, specifications and bid packages.

Develop detailed furniture plans specifications and bid packages.

Develop project schedules.

Develop documentation at an excellent production level.

Working

Design and construction process and sequence.

Interior architecture and detailing for preparation of construction documents.

Building and Accessibility codes.

Furniture installation plans and specifications for bid purposes or direct purchase.

Software knowledge InDesign, Photoshop, 3D modelling tool (ideally sketchup, revit or 3D max), CAD.

Must have hotel / hopsitality interior design experience.

The client likes to have candidates from ASIA due to education and the way projects are completed in ASIA.

Salary expectations: 20,000 - 30,000 AED per month + medical + visa + flights.
