They are seeking an exceptional Senior Developer with profound expertise in Java and Node.js to join their expanding team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on experience in Java development and a proven ability to thrive in collaborative environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Web Application Development: Spearhead the development of robust, scalable web applications using Java and Node.js. Craft clean, maintainable code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Technical Expertise: Leverage advanced knowledge of Spring Boot and related technologies to architect, develop, and maintain sophisticated software applications. Experience with Angular is highly desirable.
- Code Reviews & Debugging: Conduct thorough code reviews, provide constructive feedback to team members, and ensure impeccable code quality. Efficiently diagnose and resolve complex software defects.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including detailed system architecture designs, specifications, and user-friendly manuals.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, product owners, and DevOps specialists, to translate project requirements into exceptional software solutions. Manage cloud environments (e.g., AWS or GCP) effectively.
- Offshore Team Coordination: Demonstrate outstanding communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with offshore teams, ensuring project success across multiple time zones.
- Agile Participation: Actively engage in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to drive timely and high-quality project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4+ years in the IT industry, strongly emphasising Java and Spring Boot development.
- Mastery of RESTful web services and API design principles.
- Proficiency in both SQL and NoSQL database systems.
- Working knowledge of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes is advantageous.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
- Fluency in Thai and English (spoken and written) is crucial for effective collaboration with clients and teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Angular in front-end development.
- Proficiency in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP) and DevOps practices.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills to manage complex collaborations across teams and with clients.
