Job Responsibilities:
- Complete the formulation and execution of procurement strategy and procurement plan. Prepare and issue the RFQ documents. Ensure that the bidding documents are received within the required time or extend the bidding time as needed. Coordinate responses to supplier clarifications.
- Organize meetings with bidders and other related parties to negotiate with potentially successful bidders to obtain the best cost options. Conduct commercial evaluation of bids, prepare bid-winning proposals, letters of intent/purchase orders.
- Update procurement status reports. Establish and maintain supplier relationships, including communicating and negotiating with suppliers.
- Receive and visit supplier representatives to keep abreast of the latest developments, negotiate price, service, quality or other matters; Identify inefficiencies in the supply chain.
- Complete other tasks assigned by hiring manager
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or above.
- Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in procurement.
- Proficient in operating all kinds of conventional office software; good communication and negotiation skills and execution skills; hard-working, teamwork spirit, willing to work overtime and follow arrangements.
- 3 years or more of business management experience in the procurement & oil & gas industries.
- Proficient in material procurement and subcontracting related bidding business, and can accurately grasp relevant laws, regulations, policies and regulations.
- Competent for the procurement/subcontracting work of offshore oil and gas engineering projects.
- Fluency in English, Thai and proficiency in Chinese are preferred for effective communication with stakeholders.
