Senior Legal and Compliance Counsel

Job Description:

• Draft and review all agreements, contracts, and other legal documents to ensure the company's full legal rights.
• Organize, implement, and supervise the implementation of the company's legal system, as well as the company's legal training.
• Update business-related laws and regulations.
• Support superior to Improve the legal business risk control system and provide compliance advice and suggestions.
• Work closely with other departments on collection, litigation, and government relations agencies.
• Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to business.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in law.
• At least 5 years of work experience in legal.
• 2 years of work experience in Logistics industry is preferred.
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures.
• Strong sense of responsibility, enthusiastic and positive attitude
• Honest, hardworking, multi-tasking, and able to work under pressure.
• Work attitude is rigorous, meticulous, serious, with a strong sense of responsibility, and a good spirit of teamwork.
• Good command of English
