Job Description:-
The ideal candidate should be responsible for implementing accounting systems and processes, preparing monthly financial reports, controlling the master data of the general ledger, and ensuring compliance with the state revenue service
- Manage and oversee the daily accounting operation including (Month end & Year end Process, AR/AP, Cash Receipt, General Ledger, Payroll & utilities records, Cash forcasting, revenue & expenditure, fixed asset, debtors/creditors etc).
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
- Meet financial accounting objectives.
- To manage financial systems and budgets.
- Undertake financial audits (an independent check of an organization's financial position).
- Provide financial advice to the Top management.
- Review the company's systems and analyses risk.
- Perform tests to check financial information and systems.
- Maintain accounting records and prepare MIS Monthly/Quarterly/Half Yearly/Yearly.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors (where applicable) and deal with any financial irregularities as they arise.
- Guide the Management and the board to ensure they are operating in accordance with rules and regulations.
- Support the Management in ensuring the board functions efficiently and effectively.
- Facilitate good communication between the board, committees, senior management and non-executive directors, and shareholders.
Key Accountabilities:-
- Required 8-12 years of proven working experience in finance & accounts area.
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to direct and supervise.
- The ideal candidate should be good in communication skill.
