Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Coordinate with Business Development Head and identify business growth opportunities in Oversees market especially in CIS countries i.e. (Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Ukraine).
- Develop the Sales Strategy for CIS Countries.
- Meet with clients to support and grow sales volume.
- Provide leadership and guidance to your customer service, planning and logistics teams to ensure that customers receive their appropriate shipments.
- Investigate new sales opportunities and actively solicit business from potential customers.
- Knowledge of the details of the export business to ensure that government policies, labeling systems, transportation and payment laws are followed.
- Carry out Gap Analysis & prepare Market Survey reports.
- Responsible for Exports related Documentation and Regulatory Compliances.
- Build the Organization Brand and Visibility in International Market especially in CIS Countries and build the Value Proposition for the Organizations.
Required Candidate profile:-
- Required 4-7 Years of experience in managing Export / International Sales with any Chemical, Agrochemical, Pharmaceuticals industry especially for CIS Countries.
- Proven track record in building and managing sales and distribution in CIS Countries markets.
- Candidate would be preferred from Chemical, Agrochemical, Pharmaceuticals industry only.
- Required Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills and would be interact in Russian language.
