Job Description
Develop and execute strategic procurement plans to optimize the sourcing and procurement processes for food ingredients and other categories domestic and international.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and agreements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure alignment on procurement strategies and goals.
Monitor market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes to proactively identify opportunities and risks in the food industry supply chain.
Lead a team of purchasing professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, quality standards, and ethical sourcing practices within the food industry.
Implement and maintain robust systems for tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement, ensuring optimal performance and cost savings.
Qualification
Bachelors degree or higher in related fields
At least 10 years of work experience in purchasing and procurement in F&B industry both domestic and oversea with 3+ years of experience in a management role.
In-depth knowledge of food industry regulations, quality standards, and supply chain best practices.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers.
Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams.
Good Command of Spoken and Written English
Computer literacy: Microsoft office.
Have SAP background is preferable.
