Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain hotel and supplier relationships according to target destinations. Responsible for negotiating prices, signing contracts, and relationship maintenance with hotels/suppliers.
2. Manage the daily status and pricing of hotel rooms, ensuring smooth booking operations and price competitiveness while continuously guaranteeing performance output.
3. Monitor the reliability and service quality of hotel products from suppliers.
4. Coordinate and handle major customer complaints resulting from hotel/supplier product issues.
5. Conduct market research and evaluation of the hotel industry, collect market data, and regularly submit hotel product reports.
