KRAFTON, a global leader in the gaming industry, is dedicated to creating innovative gaming experiences that captivate players worldwide. Our team's mission is to establish first-time marketing strategies for our exciting new product, penetrating regional markets during launch and updates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with regional goals.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and measure ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective marketing execution.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Implement creative marketing campaigns based on deep product insights, ensuring regional market penetration.
  • SNS Channel Operation and Management: Operation and management of marketing channels, optimizing reach and engagement within specific markets.
  • Original Content Production: Drive the production of content that is culturally relevant and resonates with the target audience.
  • Key Metrics and KPIs: Set key metrics, target KPIs, and manage UA metrics to gauge the success of marketing efforts.
  • Market and Community Insights: Analyze external factors within specific regions, such as markets, communities, trends, fandom, and platforms, to inform regional marketing strategies.
  • Creative Research: Continuously research and innovate in the realm of original creativity, prototypes, iteration, and launch within specific regions.
  • Community Channels: Set up and operate community channels to engage with the player base within specific regions.
  • Support all marketing and manage tasks for various projects being carried out within the marketing organization.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the mobile gaming industry within Southeast Asia.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with positive energy.
  • Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for gaming.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects end-to-end.
  • Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
