- Marketing Campaigns: Implement creative marketing campaigns based on deep product insights, ensuring regional market penetration.
- SNS Channel Operation and Management: Operation and management of marketing channels, optimizing reach and engagement within specific markets.
- Original Content Production: Drive the production of content that is culturally relevant and resonates with the target audience.
- Key Metrics and KPIs: Set key metrics, target KPIs, and manage UA metrics to gauge the success of marketing efforts.
- Market and Community Insights: Analyze external factors within specific regions, such as markets, communities, trends, fandom, and platforms, to inform regional marketing strategies.
- Creative Research: Continuously research and innovate in the realm of original creativity, prototypes, iteration, and launch within specific regions.
- Community Channels: Set up and operate community channels to engage with the player base within specific regions.
- Support all marketing and manage tasks for various projects being carried out within the marketing organization.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the mobile gaming industry within Southeast Asia.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with positive energy.
- Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for gaming.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects end-to-end.
- Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
