Key Responsibilities:
Develop Marketing Strategy:
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve key business objectives, including revenue growth, expanding assets under management (AUM), and increasing the number of new customers.
- Utilize data-driven insights to fine-tune marketing strategies for maximum impact and alignment with business goals.
Campaign & Event Management:
- Lead, create, and manage integrated marketing campaigns, promotions, and activities to expand the company's client base and drive customer engagement.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, providing reports to management along with recommendations for improvements and solutions to optimize performance.
Competitive Analysis & Market Research:
- Conduct thorough research and perform competitive analysis, examining customer data, sales trends, market behaviors, and competitor strategies to provide valuable insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Content & Social Media Management:
- Oversee the development and management of content and social media strategies, ensuring a detailed plan and schedule to boost traffic and lead generation through organic channels.
- Apply SEO knowledge to improve search rankings and enhance content visibility across platforms, ensuring maximum reach and engagement with the target audience.
Digital Media & Acquisition:
- Collaborate with digital media agencies to achieve client acquisition targets and meet established KPIs.
- Leverage insights from audience behaviors and creative performances in one channel and apply them across others to maximize results.
Budget Management:
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring expenditure provides an appropriate return on investment (ROI) while meeting business growth objectives.
Compliance & Process Management:
- Ensure that all marketing processes, policies, and operational procedures are followed closely and remain in full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the marketing department of financial institutions (banks, securities brokers, or asset management companies), or a relevant role in the financial services industry, with a focus on digitally led acquisition marketing.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in related field
- Experience or strong passion in digital asset is a plus
- Deep understanding of Thai customer's trends in wealth management / financial products
- Familiarity with marketing tool/system such as Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Line Official Account, or related applications
- Good verbal and written English communication proficiency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
