Principal Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop event programs and course materials in consultation with ZBI Senior Manager that is aligned with the country's strategies and priorities
- Manage all Meded and event requests in accordance with compliance guidelines
- Plan, organize and coordinate the logistics including set-up and tear down for all events
- Prepare pre- and post-event documents and reports ie invitation letters, thank you letters, evaluation forms and post course reports
- Partner closely with internal (Sales, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Finance, MedEd staff from the other countries/ regions) for the training needs of the Thailand market
- Manage HCP (Healthcare professionals) and associations communications
- Collaborate with external customers (Vendors and suppliers, medical and academic institutions) on all Thailand Meded-related matters
- Manage allocated budgets and contribute to the resource management
- Provide support to the Regional ZBI courses, when required
Expected Areas of Competence
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and interpersonal skills are required to interact in a diverse, challenging environment.
Ability to build strong relationships , provide workshop or training with medical professionals from many countries and backgrounds
Understanding of multimedia materials and techniques is expected.
PC skills in use of word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation applications required.
Able to work effectively with others in a matrix environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage a demanding workload.
Ability to work in a team environment and build relationships within and outside of the organization.
Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings as needed.
Education/ Experience Requirements
Tertiary level qualification with at least 7 years of relevant experiences in events organization and administration preferably in the healthcare industry
Travel Expectations
Approximately 35%
