Senior Position: Senior DevOps Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient, secure, and scalable deployment strategies that meet the custom needs of banking clients, while closely collaborating with the development team.
- Design and optimize cloud infrastructure (such as AWS, Azure, GCP, HWC) for banking clients, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security, while adhering to financial industry compliance standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact, maintaining close communication with the technical teams and key stakeholders from the banking clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions that ensure smooth product delivery.
- Oversee resource and task coordination to ensure that development outcomes align with client delivery needs, assisting team members in resolving complex technical challenges.
- Continuously optimize system architecture and deployment processes based on client feedback, driving improvements in system performance and stability during the delivery phase.
- Ensure that all solutions delivered by the team fully comply with banking industry security and regulatory requirements, conducting regular security audits and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop delivery plans and coordinate resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time while resolving technical bottlenecks during the delivery process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ yearsof experience in DevOps, with proven ability to design and deliver complex systems solutions for banking or financial clients.
- Extensive experience in designing CI/CD tools and frameworks (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD), with the ability to provide technical support and guidance to development teams.
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, HWC), with experience in designing highly secure and compliant cloud solutions for banking clients.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate between clients and internal team members.
- Familiarity with financial industry security and compliance standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, GDPR).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Kubernetes Certified Administrator.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and closely collaborating with banking clients.
Mid-level Position: Mid-level DevOps Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Implement deployment strategies developed by the development team, ensuring smooth operation of CI/CD pipelines to meet the requirements of banking clients.
- Assist in configuring, monitoring, and managing cloud infrastructure, ensuring system availability and security, and rapidly responding to client feedback with necessary adjustments.
- Write and maintain automation scripts based on client needs, perform system configuration and management tasks, ensuring alignment with development team standards.
- Provide technical support during deployment and delivery, responding quickly to resolve issues to ensure successful project implementation.
- Maintain monitoring and alert systems, regularly analyze system performance, provide optimization recommendations, and assist the development team in implementing improvements.
- Work closely with the development team to execute development and deployment tasks, ensuring product delivery meets client expectations.
- Ensure all delivered solutions comply with banking security and regulatory standards, assisting technical experts with security assessments and improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-4 yearsof DevOps experience, with a focus on implementing CI/CD pipelines and managing cloud infrastructure, particularly in the financial sector.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD), with experience executing deployment tasks in development and delivery processes.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, HWC), with experience managing production environments.
- Strong scripting skills (Shell, Python, etc.) for efficiently completing automation tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to quickly respond to and resolve technical issues during client delivery.
Preferred Qualifications:
