Job Description
- Monitor & control Utilization Capacity of Partner for maintenance Last mile to customer Within SLA 24Hr. And Customer High Value SLA 4 Hrs.
- Tracking and Follow up quality punctual of technique maintenance team to appointment customer.
- To analyze problem root causes fault rate maintenance last mile FBB to prevent recurring problems and develop automation tasks, process reports to monitor routine work
- Control the technician to close order within SLA and control quality of Maintenance
- Correction and control Maintenance issues and find out solution for support technique maintenances team onsite.
- Proactive for support Maintenance
- Follow up and feedback Activity Performance Report to the owner and management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Communications Engineering, TelecommunicationEngineering, ComputerEngineering or related field
- Experience 3-5 years experience on FTTx Broadband Internet, Telecommunication system, IT Networking
- Knowledge in Data Analysis & data visualization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Tableau , PowerBI
- Experience in Service Management, Project Management skills
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
