Position Objective
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Officer - Partnership Operations.
Roles And Responsibility
- Administer Group Credit Life and Group EB policies, ensuring accurate and efficient implementation of policies and procedures.
- Conduct UAT for group system enhancements, ensuring smooth integration and functionality of new features.
- Provide exceptional services to partners and end customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare comprehensive and accurate reporting on group policies, keeping track of policy performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, implement process improvements, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
Qualifications for Internal Candidates
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Service-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service experiences.
- Previous experience in the insurance industry, particularly in Bancassurance Operations, is highly advantageous.
- English proficiency is preferable, both spoken and written.
- Willingness to work overtime as required.
