Plan to develop projects for the development of successors, talent, and key person people in the company and follow up on the preparation of individual development plans.
Participate in planning to assess the potential of employees in the company in various important projects as well as to prepare data and analyze the results of the assessment to be used in the development planning together with the OD & Change Management Director.
Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master Degree in HR, Political Science, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
Minimums 10 years experience in HROD.
Good command in English both writing and speaking, particular in English presentation skills
