Role and Responsibilities:
- Design and develop an end-to-end credit process for the Corporate Banking, starting from credit application, customer data collection, financial needs analysis, and solution design. This includes pricing based on risk, contract preparation, setting and adjusting credit limits, monitoring customer credit usage and behavior, issuing credit quality warnings, and managing ongoing work procedures. Additionally, provide after-sales services, credit limit reviews and renewals, debt collection, and handling security liquidation and redemption.
- Coordinate the initiation, development, and implementation of new policies, standards, required procedures, information systems, and technologies to facilitate the new business processes and services for the Corporate Banking.
- Review and conduct comparative studies on the SLAs of competitors and customer expectations to identify best practices and improve the credit process for the Corporate Banking.
- Provide regular training to staff involved in presenting credit products, focusing on process training to ensure the highest efficiency in service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in business administration, Finance, or related fields.
- At least 4-5 years of relevant banking experience in Commercial Lending.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
