Job description
Product vision and strategy
- Conduct market research, analyze user feedback, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify product opportunities and priorities.
- Define and refine the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objective and customer needs.
- Develop a deep understanding of user personas, pain points and requirements through user research, data analysis and feedback collection.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales and customer support teams to gather insights and ensure alignment with market demands.
Product backlog management
- Define and prioritize product requirements based on user needs, business values and technical feasibility.
- Manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity, transparency, and alignment with the overall product vision and roadmap
- Work closely with the development team to refine and groom the backlog, providing context and rationale for requirements
- Monitor the progress of development cycles, addressing risks, issues and scope changes as needed
- Ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products that meet user needs and business objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Foster effective collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams, including development, design, quality assurance, and stakeholders.
- Facilitate product discussions, gather feedback and ensure alignment on product decisions and priorities.
- Represent the product and user perspectives in meetings, discussions, and decision-making processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in IT or business Administration and/ or related academic major
- Project Management, Analytical
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and address business issues related to IT quickly.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functions teams.
