Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing responsive after-sales service to customers by managing the overall progress of the introduction and production of their products
  • Be a primary contact for all customers administrative interface
  • Lead customer team and communicate for all requirements and translate the requirement from customer to team member for the successful result which meet or exceed customer expectation
  • Coordinate internally to ensure customer demands and needs are met
  • Coordinate with the customer to provide the factory with enough required information to execute the plan
  • Continuously drive down overall business operating cost by mean of tracking and executing pre-defined business key performance indicators

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering or related field.
  • At least 5-8 years experience in Project Management
  • A professional with a solid background in Engineering or Business Administration
  • Mature, Business, and customer service oriented
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Available to work at Hi-Tech Industrial Estate, Ayutthaya
