Job Purpose
The Project Manager is responsible for the management of the project from the initiation to the closing phases. He plays a lead role in planning, coordinating, monitoring, controlling and reporting on the project.
The Project Manager coordinates all departments involved in the project and make sure actions are aligned with project objectives. He will set up project dashboards with financial and operational data and report directly to the management on a regular basis.
Project Management
- Prepare the master programme for the project
- Develop the project objectives, scope, planning, budget and set performance measures
- Establish/Deliver reports on project progress
- Assign proficiently resources needed for the project
- Able to plan resources required at a task level.
- Develop the document control system and communication flow for the project
- Communicate effectively with the teams responsible for completing various phases of the project
Project Control and Finance
- Perform a key role in setting the project budget
- Review and update the budget with the QS department
- Review and coordinate the financial project follow-up including revenue, costs, WIP and cash-flow
- With the support of other departments, consolidate, analyze and report on project performance KPIs
- Anticipate and alert on financial and operational risks
- Develop appropriate risk management plan to prevent both cost and schedule over run
- Periodic inspection of construction sites
Qualifications and Requirements
- Education:Bachelor's Degree in Planning, Engineering, Construction or comparable is required.
- Experiences:10+ years experience in project management
- PM experience in client company is required; PM experience in contractor side is a plus
- Technical skills: Proficient Microsoft Office (Excel Power Point), S curve, Earned Value, Budgeting and Costs control

- Fluent English Written and Spoken.
