Build relationships with clients, source, identify and hire right candidates for clients. Use PERSOLKELLY systems to refine the recruitment process and building effective recruitment strategies.
Responsibilities
- Expand the client base by identifying and pursuing new staffing business opportunities Eastern Seaboard areas.
- Sourcing suitable candidates from various databases and networks to match the criteria provided by clients.
- Guide candidates through the hiring process and provide support and assistance as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and metrics
- Identify market trends, competitor activities & potential growth opportunities in Eastern Seaboard and surrounding areas.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and organizational policies and regulations
Qualifications
- Degree in human resources, or related.
- 3-5 years experience as a recruitment consultant, HR recruitment
- Knowledge in recruitment business, preferably from recruitment agency.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
- English communication skills, both written and verbal
