RISE is looking for a talented Senior Strategic Sales and Business Development who is passionate about driving growth and achieving sales targets. Duties and responsibilities
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by identifying, researching, analyzing, and executing new business opportunities that align with RISE's goals.
- Drive execution of new business initiatives across RISE's platform, including Accelerator, Corporate Innovation Consulting & People Transformation, etc.
- Contribute to the ideation process to build the strategic plan for new and existing companies that address client's business challenges.
- Identify, negotiate, and close all business deals.
- Manage sales pipeline and influence lead sourcing process.
- Develop a network of external partners with key stakeholders across industries.
- Manage end-to-end communication across the internal team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years experience in sales, B2B sales, business development, business analyst, management consulting, or partnership management.
- Successful experience in sales with a proven record of achieving or meeting sales targets.
- Excellent sales skills include the ability to create and manage the full sales pipeline, from prospecting to negotiation to deal closing.
- Self-motivation and an enthusiasm hunter mentality.
- Ability to think strategically and be able to work with uncertain and complex information in a fast-changing environment.
- Exhibit strong problem solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
