We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our MICE and corporate sales efforts. - Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve MICE revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the MICE segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, event planners, and industry partners.
- Conduct market research to understand trends and identify potential clients.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our MICE offerings.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to inform sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients before, during, and after events.
