Job Description

Scope of Position

Soneva is currently seeking a passionate, driven, and experienced Senior Manager Sales & Special Projects to join our dynamic Sales & Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing total revenue potential for Soneva in the Maldives and Thailand across various market segments, including travel trade, direct, DMC, MICE, and group bookings & events. Additionally, you will take on the exciting responsibility of helping drive Soneva's special projects, ensuring their successful implementation and growth. This varied and challenging role offers the opportunity to further develop your career in Sales and Hospitality with one of the world's leading luxury hospitality companies.

Duties and essential job functions

Support the Head of Sales and Chief Commercial Officer in driving all sales administration, strategy, and special projects

Act as the central hub for operations, supporting the Global Country Director of Sales in achieving their KPIs, and ensuring successful execution of Soneva's key pillars and strategies

Managing tactical offers from inception to market release, including contracting strategies and channel strategy

Develop and support global account management, ensuring alignment with budget goals and optimizing the performance of our sales channels

Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Revenue team on events calendar, pricing projects, competitor analysis, and sales analytics, providing data driven insights to guide decision making

Monitor Sales KPIs and provide actionable insights to the Global CDOS team to optimize performance across all markets

Support Partnerships, driving collaborative efforts that further the company's goals

Attend travel trade networking events to acquire new leads

Work side by side with Sales team to coordinate best practice SOP for group business

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience

Degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality or related discipline

Exceptionally sharp, resourceful, and quick to adapt to new challenge

Fluency in both English and Thai, with strong communication skills in both language

Proven track record in project management, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously

Demonstrated strength in analytics, negotiation, and organizational skills

The ability to create a positive first impression with an understanding of intelligent luxury

Confident, with a positive attitude and a strong will to success
