Service Delivery Manager (ERP)
Qualifications
- Thai local
- 10 + years of experience in End to End Delivery and manufacturing technology industry
- Experience in atleast 2 full life cycle for SAP implementation (SAP S/4 HANA ERP)
- Waterfall and Agile methodology
- Expertise in enterprise IT Management, consulting and professional services
- Professional Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe) are nice to have
Responsibilities
- Plan the delivery of planned product initiatives in close collaboration with the engineering and product teams
- Provide several development teams with delivery management assistance, guidance, and knowledge
- Encourage the creation and submission of lean business canvases for new projects, and if necessary, ask for more money above agreed-upon budgets
- Collaborate with the Agile Management Office (AMO) to demonstrate progress and pinpoint issues that need to be addressed by providing pertinent, timely updates on important delivery metrics and KPIs
- Proactively design the order of tasks, handle dependencies, and get beyond challenges.
- Recognize and proactively address delivery risks by being aware of the situation and knowing where more attention or focus is needed to enhance performance.
- When necessary, escalate, and assist the Delivery Director in handling such risks and dependencies
