Senior Software Engineer / Lead (Oracle Fusion Cloud)

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field with 10+ years of experience in software development, specifically using Oracle Fusion Cloud, Java, or similar languages, and at least 5+ years in senior or technical lead roles.
• Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, including expertise in developing and integrating Oracle applications and modules.
• Strong skills in web and mobile application development, Unix/Linux environments, networking, XML, JSON, and database management systems such as SQLite. Familiarity with version control systems (SVN/GIT) and object-oriented programming (OOP).
• Demonstrated experience in both waterfall and agile methodologies, with a solid understanding of front-end development practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, efficient code and manage the full application lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to deployment, specifically focusing on Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
• Conduct thorough testing and integration to ensure application functionality, scalability, and adherence to coding and security standards in diverse environments.
• Work closely with engineers, system analysts, and business stakeholders to design and enhance infrastructure, implementing quality solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Drive continuous improvement within the development team, leveraging best practices in Oracle Cloud and promoting a collaborative, high-performance environment.
