Our client is a leading bank in Vietnam who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:
- Give the team instructions on how to get functional needs and specifications from current users in order to pinpoint areas that need to be improved and/or integrated with present systems.
- Examine and refine technological solution options, taking into account both present architectural limitations and future architectural advancements.
- Encourage the use of engineering best practices, such as automated deployment, continuous integration, and test-driven development.
- Take the initiative to develop new applications and enhance those that already exist, making sure that application software is effectively planned, produced, tested, and complies with company needs.
- Make sure that the solutions are created in accordance with the strategic direction and roadmap of technology.
- Make customer-centric choices that greatly influence system functionality and usability to meet user demands.
- Use Design Thinking with Product and Solution Management to ensure suggested solutions fulfill user, consumer, and market requirements.
- Manage project disputes, obstacles, and changing company needs to optimize operations.
- Work with team leaders to handle people and project problems and undertake root cause analysis to help teams improve their procedures for optimum productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in computer science, software engineering or information technology
- At least 5+ years of relevant experience working on software development projects
- Fluent in English
- Experience and learn about the newest developments in technology, including edge computing, blockchain, AI/ML, IoT, RPA, and AR/VR. substantial background in environments, deployment tactics, and technologies to support DevSecOps and productive work practices
- Experience working on projects with many journeys and groups.
- Experience making architectural choices at the product and team levels
- Possessing extensive knowledge of Scrum methodology, Agile practices, and concepts, as well as extensive expertise in Agile Software
- Development Proficiency in collaborating within Agile teams to facilitate triumphant digital transformation initiatives, engaging in comprehensive planning for execution.
