Role and Responsibilities:
- To develop the communication strategy, relationship program, marketing Initiative and marketing event, which is in alignment with the segment strategy, sales strategy, and product strategy, for implementing necessary marketing events and campaign.
- To support the relationship service and plan of Whole Banking Relationship Manager as well as draw the training roadmap to ensure Wholesale Banking human resource is developed up to the leading banking standard and practice.
- Gather requirement from Relationship management team, product manager team, sales management team on the relationship program and summarize into the briefing report.
- Monitor the skill and knowledge set of Wholesale Banking Human Resource against the roadmap.
- Determine the purpose and clarification of the marketing event in each activity with Team Head of Wholesale Banking Integrated Strategy and Management to get brief for each activity requirement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, HRM/HRD or other related fields.
- At least 3-5 years in wholesale banking or marketing management.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
