Deliver and develop communication media strategy and planer to be used by payroll marketing owners and making sure communications are completely integrated throughout all channels
Strengthen B2B and B2C relationships with excellent supports B2B2C Marketing Materials/ Booth/ Event
Initiate and develop most effective online & offline materials to build and increase campaign awareness and drive conversion
Determine the communications tasks for each campaign and write task briefs that guide messaging and execution tailored for each channel
Provided a well-prepared brief to the advertising agency with written & verbal with clearly understand target customer's profile and behaviors
Partner with Corporate Branding and UX/UI Designer to develop consumer journeys for each campaign or activity
Read and analyze campaign metrics and leverage insights from data to improve communication effectiveness
Able to manage sales and internal working team's expectation and deliver campaign and communication effectively
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in marketing
Strong communication skills, preferably specialized in B2B business
Attentive to detail and having knowledge of social media production and communication
Having management skills and able to execute projects in dynamic/ fast paced environment
Fast learner, adapts well to and is energized by change
Results-oriented strategic thinker, who is assertive and full of initiatives
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Able to identify high-impact opportunities and understand/ evaluate campaign results/ business numbers
A good team player with a professional CAN DO attitude and work ethics
Strong interpersonal skills & ability to influence both internal / external stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluency in Thai and English
