Establish and review credit risk policies, guidelines, manuals, and delegation of authority to comply with the Bank's strategic direction, BoT's related regulations, and related laws and prepare the proposal to senior management and relevant Committees for approval.
Give advice and communicate effectively with all related parties to achieve mutual understanding of changes in credit risk policies, guidelines, manuals, and delegation of authority.
Deal with potential problems, gaps, or concerns related to changes in credit risk policies, guidelines, manuals, and delegation of authority to clear all relevant issues with related parties.
Update the approved credit risk policies, guidelines, manuals, and delegation of authority on the bank documents system.
Perform Ad hoc assignments.
Qualifications
Master's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or related fields.
At least 7 years of work experience in credit risk policy, credit risk management, compliance, audit, or related fields in Banking industry.
Strong understanding of credit risk management, law, and regulation in relation to credit risk and capital management.
Strong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking, organizational, coordination, collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
Good Computer skill: Microsoft office.
Ability to build a good relationship with cross-functional team, good team player, flexibility, proactive, good attitude, attention to detail.
