This role is responsible for driving strategic initiatives, co-designing operating models, and actively monitoring performance metrics to ensure the achievement of business targets.
Job Description
Strategic Direction Planning and Implementation
- Develop and execute strategies for the Chief Risk Officer Domain and business units.
- Effectively communicate the business strategy and implementation plan to provide clear operational guidance to stakeholders and ensure timely execution.
- Foster coordination and collaboration among relevant parties across the organization.
- Actively manage and monitor business performance, encompassing financial and non-financial metrics.
Performance Management
- Collaborate with management to co-design and continually review the operating model.
- Develop implementation plans aligned with the target operating model, advising on resource requirements and allocation.
- Facilitate the creation and management of performance tracking dashboards on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders to design and implement incentive and recognition programs that drive the achievement of business targets.
Qualification
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in credit portfolio analytics, MIS, portfolio management, or Risk Management.
- Strong comprehension of banking products and a comprehensive understanding of the banking industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis techniques, including data visualization and statistical analysis, is essential for interpreting and presenting data effectively.
- Having a background in KPI, OKR, project management, and productivity enhancement is a valuable asset.
- Experience in designing and creating dashboards is a critical skill for presenting performance metrics in a clear and visually appealing manner.
- Knowledge of relevant software tools, databases, and programming languages is important for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- A high level of attention to detail is necessary to identify trends, anomalies, or issues in data accurately.
- Effective communication, both written and verbal, is vital for conveying insights and findings to stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
