Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic recommendations and facilitate seamless communication and collaboration across teams.
- Conduct comprehensive industry and trend research, extracting crucial consumer insights, and orchestrating surveys and focus groups.
- Demonstrate leadership by overseeing multiple projects and guiding them to successful completion.
- Proficient in data visualization and adept at crafting compelling narratives.
- Deliver engaging and persuasive presentations that captivate stakeholders.
- Evaluate KPI metrics to measure the effectiveness of recommended plans.
- Collaborate closely with team leads and proactively contribute insightful suggestions to enhance team performance.
- Trend hunter! Stay alert of the latest digital and market trends to inform and refine strategic planning efforts.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years Prior experience as a strategic planner or business analyst with a strong digital marketing background; media planning, research, finance, MSc, MA, MBA is a plus.
- BSc/BA degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Familiar with Performance Marketing.
- Worked in Digital and have experienced delegating work with Creative and Media sectors.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude.
- Excellent knowledge of industry strategies as well as creative thinking.
- Ability to problem-solve and think outside the box.
- Ability to interpret relevant data.
- Proficient in both Thai and English (both reading and writing skills).
- Organizational and leadership skills.
- Work well under time constrain.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Multitasking and able to work across different departments.
- Familiar with Keynote, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe/Canva; research tool is a plus.
