Jenosize Group, a leading innovator in Thailand's marketing and technology space, seeks a visionary and strategic Senior Strategic Planner & Special Projects Manager to join our dynamic leadership team. Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans aligned with Jenosize's overall business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend forecasting to inform strategic decision-making.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, growth strategies, and potential partnerships.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and communicate the strategic vision to the organization.
Special Projects & Initiatives:
- Lead and manage a portfolio of special projects, ensuring their successful execution within budget and timeline constraints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address strategic challenges and opportunities.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to drive growth and competitive advantage.
Data Analysis & Insights:
- Leverage data analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure the impact of strategic initiatives.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor a team of strategic planners and project managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including executives, department heads, and team members.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading successful strategic initiatives and projects.
