Job Descriptions:
- Analyzing and translating user requirements into business requirement specifications.
- Design and develop a software requirement specification.
- Works closely with software developers, software testers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and meet user satisfaction.
- Continually updating technical knowledge and skills by attending in-house courses, external courses, and self-learning.
- Provide requirement spec using UML , Flow Chart, Sequence Diagram , Use Case Diagram ,Interface Spec.
- Ensure software quality for Deployment, post production support.
- Provide Troubleshooting documents.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Analytical thinking and ability to communicate with team members and management to explain complex issues clearly.
- Ability to provide logical, analytical and creative approaches to problem solving.
- Good interpersonal and negotiating skills with the ability to manage expectations and explain technical detail.
- Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
- Good systematic thinking, problem solving, self-learning and collaboration.
- Experience : At least 3 years of experience in System Analyst.
