Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivering quality work within a given timeline.
• Prepare project timeline with all factors such as Testing, Code Review, Bug fixing, etc, taking into consideration
• Help CSM / Sales in drafting the best technical approach for Client business requirements with suitable effort and estimate.
• Vet the output produced by the Developers. Help / Design Technical architecture for the Business problem
• Strive to get good client Feedback.
• Suggest Proactive Ideas helpful for client business
• Build domain expertise from the Tech side.
• Take interviews & Train new members.
• Mentor & Upgrade the Technical skills of your team members. Prepare them to increase efficiency.

Job RequirementQualification

• At least 4 Year of experience in WordPress.
• Knowledge of Plugin & Theme development. (Please share Github repository with example code)
• Experience of People management
• Be empathetic towards People
• Can take & give critical feedback.
