Job Description

Customer Service Representatives (CSR's) are responsible for providing consultation and advising service through Phone, Email and Messaging (SMS). Consultations and assistance are provided to both customers (accommodation/hotel guests) and partners (accommodation/hotel owners or staff) of our Client. The nature of consultations and assistance being provided by CSRs are specific but not limited to: Changes in the booked reservation, including cancellation and complaint, changes to the property's page in the reservation website or app, payment issues and general inquiries.
