Job Description

  1. Attending Calls from customers and noting complaints and answering queries.
  2. Handling daily emails (Queries, complaints, and feedback emails etc.)
  3. Assigning location wise complaints to service engineers.
  4. Trying to avoid escalation of complaints from customers.
  5. Informing customers about the estimated time of complaint redressal.
  6. Following up with service engineers regarding work in progress and estimated time of completion.
  7. Arranging the service engineer for installation of machine once it is delivered.
  8. Ensuring the timely service and maintenance of machines to avoid breakdown.
  9. Updating the MIS sheet with installation dates and other data for proper coordination.
  10. Making calls to customers to get feedback on the working of machines.
