About Our Client
Our client is a global life science equipment company. The office's location in Bangkok area.
Job Description
- Provide the installation and calibration of machines at customer sites.
- Ensure the equipment meets quality and operational standards upon installation.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance to optimize equipment performance.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, replacing components as needed.
- Assist clients by answering questions and providing remote support for basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain detailed records of all service activities, including repairs, calibrations, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the sales and commercial team to identify customer needs, generate the contract cross sell, or recomend upgrades/replacements.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in service engineer role with medical devices or life science product.
- Strong technical knowledge of HPLC, GC, or LC-MS systems would be highly advantage.
- Able to travel frequently upcountry is required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a field-based role.
- Good in English and Thai communication with good-interpersonal skills.
- Good attitude, open minded, adaptive, and willing to learn new things.
