Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and execute operations and service of robots in designated territory.
- Manage and execute service, preventive maintenance and technical support related
- queries for customers in designated territories.
- Provide detailed documentation and reporting about deployments, demos, and
- maintenance + service plans
- Willingness to travel regularly as part of the role in the territory
- Preliminary Experience with Software tools
Skills Required
- Time Management skills & Problem-Solving Skills.
- Good Customer facing skills; ability to listen to the customer, assure them & document the same on company portal.
- Own Conveyance (2-Wheeler) is a must for this role
- Hold a valid and up-to-date drivers license.
- Experience working in Robotics/Industrial Automation/IoT
- Experience with forklifts/material handling equipment
