Services Industrialisation Engineer in
Bangkok we're looking for
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.
You'll responsible to industrialize the maintenance at the Depot, in order to secure the production deliverables of the rpoject. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business set up industrial process improvement related to industrial efficiency, quality, safety, ergonomics, EHS, continuous improvement and much more.
You'll specifically take care ofensure Railway Safety and EHS, AZDP standards are respected but also ensure Industrial efficiency monitoring industrial times and performance.
We'll look to you for:
- Elaborate the required industrial deliverables: Macro-process, Work Instructions, implantation of the workstations, Bill of Material, Task Sequence and/or Standard Operations Sheet, Work Instructions, Method times, definitive Layouts.
- Adapt the industrial process and deliverables to project life cycle events such as design changes, obsolescence, maintenance plan optimization, fleet extension, changes in operating modes ...).
- Validate on the field the industrial deliverables, tools and industrial means with maintenance execution.
- Develop industrial expertise in their scope, according to method, processes and tools, capitalize and manage REX to improve and share industrial standards with Central Team
All About You

- Degree in Industrial Engineer, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or related field
- Industrial background with 2 to 5 years experience preferably in automotive sector
- Technical background with 2 to5 years experience preferably in manufacturing or automotive industry, ideally in an international organization
- Ability to read and understand schematics and drawings
- Technical experience of Methods Engineering, writing and improving manufacturing and/or maintenance work instructions, line balancing, Lean Manufacturing
- Experience in working with an ERP (such as SAP) for Bill of Materials, Routings, Configuration follow-up
- Working knowledge of Quality and Health & Safety standards and systems
