About You
You will be responsible in achieving sales growth by developing, maintaining and managing customer relationships and comprehensive account management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of elevator units and managing good working relationships with existing customers
Serve as primary contact for customers inquiries and provide solution timely
Develop build-on service and maintenance sales through networking, bids and tenders
Develop sales strategy to achieve sales targets and ensure profitability
Utilize Otis sales tools to effectively track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results
Conduct sales negotiations, close deals and ensure timely payment
Collaborate with fellow team members, including other sales representatives and field colleagues
Requirement
Bachelor Degree's in Business or relevant Engineering disciplines
Min. 2 years of working experience in Sales/Marketing, preferably in Engineering industry
Strong customer and relationships management
Service oriented and excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills to effectively deliver up to the expectation of customers
Target focused, able to work in fast, dynamic and multicultural environment
