Job Skills: ServiceNow Tech Lead, ServiceNow, Testing Description Role: ServiceNow Tech Lead About the Role: Looking for ServiceNow Tech Leads with 5 years experience in ITSM/ITIL, ServiceNow configuration, customization, development, and administration. You will be responsible for translating business needs into technical requirements, designing an end-to end solution and lead the development. Your solutions should align with business goals and objectives and meet all quality and compliances requirements. Responsibilities: Drive business solutions from inception through solution implementation, facilitate and support rollout and enhancements. Lead the configuration and customization of ServiceNow instances. Design and modification of ServiceNow Service Portal. Develop ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, one or more Web Services, MYSQL, XML, HTML and CSS. Understand Workflow editor and design workflows for various modules/catalogs. Design and modify ServiceNow forms, workflows, scripts, transform maps, service maps, web services, inbound email actions, SLAs and more. Advise, design, and configure integration solutions between ServiceNow and other systems Review existing set up and provide best practice recommendations in line with the OEM Requirements: 5-8 years of experience with ServiceNow required & 4 years of experience with Java Script required Certifications of ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (CIS) is Mandatory Other ServiceNow Certifications to have been preferred Experience working in and managing multiple update sets and coordinating their promotion. Thorough understanding of ITIL frameworks and processes such as Incident, Problem, Change and Request Fulfillment. ITIL Foundations certification is preferred. Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
