Could you be the full-time Services Engineer in Thailand we're looking for
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your technical leadership and maintenance engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dedicated and innovative teammates.
You'll provide essential support and direction for the engineering activities to ensure the delivery of cost-effective maintenance plans and reliability growth. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Maintenance Operation, Safety, and Project Management), develop and maintain technical documentation, and much more.
You'll specifically take care of overseeing the Rolling Stock, Track Switches, and Depot Workshop Equipment platforms, but also lead the safety culture to ensure zero LTA's (Lost Time Accidents).
We'll look to you for:
- Understanding technical issues and managing their resolution for each fleet and subsystem within the platforms under Alstom's scope
- Ensuring the timely and effective resolution of safety issues
- Identifying trends through component failure data and proposing solutions
- Providing field maintenance engineering support and direction
- Participating in the development of maintenance strategies and documentation
- Leading and supporting major defect investigations

- Degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Experience or understanding of Rolling Stock, Track Switch, and Depot Workshop Equipment maintenance
- Knowledge of technical documentation and maintenance strategies
- Familiarity with safety culture and zero accident initiatives
- A certification in engineering or maintenance management
- Ability to read and interpret electrical or mechanical schematics and diagrams
- Experience in maintenance or testing and commissioning within the rail industry
