This role oversees all aspects of a retail store's operations, including staff management, customer service, sales performance, inventory control, and financial management.

What you will do

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining excellent customer service standards.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintaining current customer data base and building relations with new clients
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Monitor sales performance and analyse sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead team and continuously providing coaching sessions to ensure team meets their assigned sales goals and productivity goals.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team.
• Schedule and manage staff shift to ensure optimal coverage.
• Maintain a welcoming and professional store environment, including store visual merchandising.

We're looking for a candidate with...

Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership role in a retail environment.

Previous supervisory experience in a retail or customer service environment.

Knowledge and ability to build SOPs for all daily activities of the stores.

Ability to provide on-job trainings for sales associates for sales techniques, customer service, etc.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Results-oriented with a proactive attitude.
