- Control of construction according to schedule.
- Monitor and report the progress of the construction work plan assigned .
- Check and monitor the work of Foreman / contractors to meet the standard . The correct procedure.
- Controlling the cost of construction shall be in accordance with the approved budget .
- Procurement and Materials Control And tools to meet the project implementation. And check the availability before implementation.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil , Engineering or Architecture.
- 2-5 years experience in construction supervision.
- Experience in building construction(high rise) with at least 2 years.
- A minimum of 4 years experience in Real Estate Project especially in Hotel or Condominium.
- Proficient in Computer (MS Office, etc.)
